(ill take) one for the girls!
Dancing to Gilbert O'Sullivan - Alone Again (Naturally)
This is for the girls (and boys who love fashion). Inspired by hweng's recent blog entry and the trailer of
The Devil Wears Prada, I too, have decided to undertake the role of a 'fashionista' in this entry. My recent shopping escapades (in special reference to today's) have saw me buy, buy and buy more. Well, what's a girl to do when retail stores throw signs ('SALE' plastered all over shop window), display gorgeous pieces of fabric (on the mannequins) and bombard you on the sidewalk with loud dancy music right. Exactly - I couldn't resist that evil lure! So anyways, I HAD a purpose; like every other guy, who argue that shopping is absolutely unneccessary and a complete waste of time. I quote your average guy, "I know what I want. I go in, buy it, and leave. Simple as that.". Well, what Ena really wants is a gorgeous dress. (Ok..make that loads of gorgeous dresses.) But I digress. Basically, it's that neverending obsession
every most girls have with finding the perfect LBD (read:
little black dress). So what happened today was this: Ena on a mission. Ena wants to buy something. Ena thinks a dress would be a good thing to buy, since they are rather cheap in Melb. Ena walks into Jay Jay's with purpose of finding Cel a dress. Ena doesn't think much of other distractions since she pretty much got all the dresses she wants from JJ's (:P). But AHA! New dress on display, in the fashion of lovely DVF wrap dresses!

Girls, if you think this is smokin', hold the drool! It gets better! The back has lovely detail, and we all know it all about the details! (Plus, the hole makes me feel less guilty about this purchase since the other 2, 3 black dresses I have acquired recently have nohole.)

The back profile of my sexy new dress.
And you wanna know what's the best part of this? It didn't even cost a bomb! And most importantly, it has the BEST fit! JJ's dresses RAWK man. Now, I won't even feel bad if I wear it once. ;) If anyone is interested in it, let's see what we can do to hook you up. :)
Okay, and since we on the topic of Fashion, let me introduce to you something absolutely funky - a
BAG HOOK. Yes, you heard right! First spotted on my 21st on Yingyi, this hook basically works as something you hang your bag on (table) when there's no space on your seat/ table to put your bag. It's Made In Japan and Japan sure has some funky inventions man! Now, I wanna get my paws on one of those!!

There you have it, this is Ena Fashion Seeker for the day signing off! Laters ;).
//edit.
Of course, yesterday was me old man's birthday. And I miss home so. =/
On the same sentimental note,
The Lake House was an awesome movie. I teared at some points though the plot makes no logical/ chronological sense like, AT ALL. Whatever man, Keanu is hotstuff. I can't believe he's like, 40. Definitely worth a watch man, I have no regrets on spending AUD12 and waking up earlyearly to catch it.
How do you hold on to someone you've never met? I'm pissed. I tried to upload a pic of Hottie but I can't right click on my mouse. ROAR.
