Dancing to Dead Man (1995) starring Johnny Depp

what is dead man really about? it's like black&white but made in 1995. im trying to figure it out, but have absolutely no clue. apparently, according to my film studies class last year, it's critically acclaimed in some area. it's weird, and johnny depp looks like willywonka (it's that hair! and tall hat!). art films - go figure. basically point of post is to inform singaporean readers of my random day at uni!

...half way between the lecture, a bunch of completely naked guys ran in and started cheering of sorts, and ran amok around the lecture theatre. they proceeded to all crowd around our lecturer, who was somewhat amused, and jumped around, only to run out of the side exits a minute later...

ah, what do you know. just another ordinary day at uni.
and for the concerned, i AM getting much better, thanks for all the wellwishes! :)
