i was staring at the sun.

an overwhelming sense of emptiness envelopes me.
a feeling like never before.

it feels as though ive been here before but yet my memory fails me. maybe its the lack of sleep (2hours!) and being unwell that maginifies the pain, the homesickness im feeling. the thought that some of you guys are actually gonna be rocking zouk tonight makes me so sad - i was there only 2 weeks ago, having the best time and tonight, im stuck here in this cold cold heartless, empty place. i really don't know how long more i can last. tears don't numb my pain it only made me more homesick. honestly, im right about ready to give it all up. when the phone rang, i had to stifle my sobs and sound as though it was ok. as though everything was really okay. except it really isn't. i miss having people around me. i miss telling mom to stop bothering me. i miss dad trying to make conversation. i miss anticipating whats behind my door - babysis hiding, waiting to scare me. it only just hit me that for the first (?) time in my life - im feeling lonely. today, parties don't matter no more. i just want to go home and stand right by your side, whoever you may be. i want to be at zouk tonight.
